The Registrar of the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) has announced that the NCLAT Principal Bench in New Delhi will continue functioning during the Annual Summer Vacation from June 3 to June 30, 2024. E-filing of cases will remain operational, and urgent matters may be considered for hearing based on the decision of the Competent Authority. \r


Interested parties can contact the Registrar via email at [email protected]. During the vacation period, NCLAT will sit on Mondays and Wednesdays at 10:30 AM, specifically on June 3, 5, 10, 12, 19, 24, and 26, 2024, to address urgent matters notified by the Board.
