The National Testing Agency (NTA) plans to transfer all NEET UG 2024-related matters to the Supreme Court to avoid conflicting views across High Courts, Solicitor General Tushar Mehta informed the Delhi High Court. The issues include alleged question paper leaks, grace mark disputes, and multiple correct options. \r
After recording Mehta's statement, the High Court issued notice to the NTA and scheduled further hearings for July 5. The Supreme Court had earlier directed the NTA to respond to allegations of paper leaks but declined to halt medical college admissions counseling. Gauhar Mirza from Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas represented the petitioners.
