Netrasemi Secures INR 107 Cr To Build Edge AI Chip

Kerala-based chip startup Netrasemi has secured ₹107 crore in Series A funding from Zoho Corporation and Unicorn India Ventures. The company specializes in developing integrated circuits (SoCs) for Edge AI applications, enabling computing directly on IoT devices like surveillance cameras, industrial robotics, and smart home gadgets without cloud dependency. The funds will fuel research and development of new chip variants, expand manufacturing capabilities, and support marketing efforts. This investment aligns with India's push for localizing CCTV supply chains and bolsters the nation's growing semiconductor design ecosystem.
