The Commission issued a notice to the Secretary of the Union Ministry of Labour and Employment, seeking a detailed report within a week. \r

The report highlighted serious concerns, including allegations that workers were pressured to work without necessary breaks and lacked access to adequate restroom facilities. Similar accusations against Amazon have been reported internationally as well.
