NSE warns investors against this Instagram handle promising assured returns

The National Stock Exchange (NSE) has issued an advisory warning investors about individuals named “Hiren” and “Sunil” from “Sparsh Consultancy” who are falsely promising high returns on investment through Instagram user ID “Tradedabba” and the “Trade Vista” app. \r

The NSE has highlighted mobile numbers “9285324929” and “7357901400” associated with these scammers and stated that such platforms are illegal and not endorsed by the Exchange. Participation in these schemes is at the investor’s own risk. \r

Under Sections 23(1) of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956, violators can face up to ten years of imprisonment or a fine of up to ₹25 crore, or both.
