Online submission of Form A2: Removal of limits on amount of remittance

The RBI has revised guidelines allowing Authorised Dealers (AD Category-I and II) to facilitate remittances via online or physical submission of Form A2 without limits, as stated in A.P. (DIR Series) Circular No. 50 and 02. ADs must create board-approved guidelines and adhere to FEMA 1999 and KYC regulations. They should also continue reporting transactions in FETERS. This directive, issued under FEMA 1999, enhances ease of doing business for remittances.
