Pine Labs to file DRHP for Rs 5000-6000 Cr IPO by June: Report
Fintech giant Pine Labs is reportedly preparing to file its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) for an Initial Public Offering (IPO) by the end of June 2025. The company is aiming to raise between Rs 5,000 to Rs 6,000 crore through the public issue, targeting a valuation of around $4 to $5 billion. This move marks a renewed attempt by the point-of-sale (POS) and merchant commerce platform to go public, after deferring its earlier IPO plans due to volatile market conditions. Pine Labs has appointed several leading investment banks to manage the offering. The IPO will provide an exit route for some of its early investors and will also raise capital for the company's expansion plans, including strengthening its online payments gateway and expanding its presence in international markets. This is poised to be one of the most anticipated IPOs in the Indian fintech space.
