"Primitive Tribes Have All Rights Like Others": Jharkhand HC Acting CJ Sujit Narayan In Legal Camp For 'Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Groups'
The Jharkhand State Legal Services Authority (JHALSA), in collaboration with the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), organized a comprehensive legal empowerment camp aimed at assisting weaker sections, particularly the Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Groups (PVTGs) and specially-abled children. The camp, held in Gumla, provided legal aid, education, and other essential services to these marginalized communities. This initiative is part of ongoing efforts to make legal services more accessible to the underprivileged, ensuring they are aware of their rights and have the necessary support to enforce them. The camp also highlighted the role of legal services authorities in bridging the gap between the law and disadvantaged groups.
