Rajasthan RERA Directs Builders To Submit Detailed Architectural Drawings And Open Separate Bank Accounts
The Rajasthan Real Estate Regulatory Authority has mandated builders and promoters to adhere to new directives following decisions made during its 18th meeting on June 7th. \r
Builders must now submit detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and section details, signed by a registered architect, when applying for Completion Certificate/Occupancy Certificate. Additionally, they are required to establish three separate bank accounts for each project: Collection Account, Retention Account, and Promoter's Account. \r
These accounts must be named in a specific format reflecting the promoter's and project's names to ensure transparency and compliance with regulatory standards.
