SEBI Launches VC Fund Settlement Scheme For Legacy Fund Closure

SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India) has launched the VCF (Venture Capital Fund) Settlement Scheme 2025 to facilitate the organized closure of older venture capital funds.
