SEBI & SCRA

SEBI announced AV presentations for public issue offer documents, covering key disclosures in DRHP, RHP, and Price Band Ads, in English and Hindi. Investors are cautioned against relying on unauthorized online information. Each 10-minute bilingual presentation will cover material disclosures. \r

Content must comply with strict guidelines, avoiding repetition or promotion. Issuers and lead managers are responsible for accuracy. Presentations must be uploaded within five days of DRHP filing, accessible on issuer and AIBI websites and digital platforms. \r

Effective from July 1, 2024, on a voluntary basis for DRHP filings, mandatory from October 1, 2024.
