During the 45th PRAGATI meeting, where he reviewed infrastructure projects worth over ₹62,000 crore, PM Modi urged state governments to ensure the mandatory registration of all eligible real estate projects under RERA and stressed the need for quick and fair resolution of homebuyer complaints. He reiterated that timely project completion and robust real estate regulations are key priorities for the government.
