Supreme Court Asks Uttarakhand Govt To Finalize Decision On Suspension Of 14 Patanjali Products In Two Weeks
The Supreme Court of India has directed Patanjali Ayurved to cease selling 14 Ayurvedic medicines for which licenses were suspended by the Indian Medical Association (IMA). The IMA claimed that despite the suspension orders, these products are still available in the market. The Court emphasized the need for strict compliance with regulations to ensure consumer safety and prevent unauthorized sales. Patanjali has been instructed to respond and provide a report on the steps taken to address the issue.
