Indian benchmark indices experienced a mixed session on June 19, closing with marginal changes after volatile trading that initially saw them hitting fresh intraday all-time highs. The Sensex ended up 36.45 points or 0.05 percent at 77,337.59, while the Nifty closed down 41.90 points or 0.18 percent at 23,516. \r
Indices opened on a positive note buoyed by global cues but relinquished gains early on, oscillating between gains and losses throughout the day. Top gainers included HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, IndusInd Bank, and Kotak Mahindra Bank, while losers encompassed Titan Company, Maruti Suzuki, L&T, Hindalco, and Bharti Airtel. \r
