TechFino Secures ₹65 Crore for MSME Lending: Non-banking financial company (NBFC) TechFino has raised ₹65 crore in equity funding from Stellaris Venture Partners and Saison Capital. The Bengaluru-based firm plans to strategically utilize this capital to expand its branch network from 30 to 60, strengthen its proprietary digital lending platform, and scale its secured lending business, particularly focusing on providing loans against property (LAP) to India's underserved MSME sector in Tier II and III cities. The company, which has been profitable since its first full year of operations and manages over ₹200 crore in assets under management (AUM), aims to enhance efficiency, data-driven risk assessment, and reduce turnaround times through its technology.
