Tiger Global-Backed OkCredit Narrows FY25 Loss By 34% To INR 23 Cr
This article covers the Bengaluru-based fintech startup OkCredit, which offers digital ledgers to merchants (MSMEs) and is backed by Tiger Global. For FY25, OkCredit cut its net loss by approximately 34% to about INR 23.2 crore (from ~INR 35.1 crore in the previous fiscal). Operating revenue surged ~63.6% to INR 23.3 crore, and total income rose ~60.5% to INR 25.2 crore. Expenses fell ~4.7% to INR 48.5 crore, helped by lower marketing and employee costs (marketing spend dropped by ~83% to ~INR 0.83 crore). OkCredit serves merchants across 2,800+ cities and competes with peers in the ledger/credit-tracking space. The improvement reflects stronger monetisation, margin improvement and focus on cost control as the fintech attempts to scale sustainably in the merchant ledger ecosystem.
