Service overview

Routine statutory and secretarial support to keep company records and MCA filings current. The service connects legal requirements with the company's actual decisions and records.

Who needs it? / When is it needed?

Companies requiring annual compliance, corporate record maintenance or event-based filings.

Support is most useful before the relevant meeting, corporate event or filing deadline, rather than after it has passed.

What to expect from the WCP Professionals

WCP professionals would maintain a compliance calendar, prepare resolutions and statutory records, identify due filings and ensure that supporting documents are properly assembled before submission.

How the work would proceed:

  • WCP professionals would establish the company's compliance calendar, review its statutory registers and prior filings, and identify missing or overdue records
  • For each event, they would collect the underlying resolution or document, prepare the relevant form, reconcile the data with company records and submit it through the current MCA process where engaged
  • Filing acknowledgement and any query should be retained so the company has a clear audit trail

Key deliverables

  • Annual-return filing
  • Financial-statement filing
  • Statutory registers
  • Meeting papers
  • Share-transfer documentation
  • Event-based MCA filings

Standard turnaround time

Routine filing preparation: 2–7 working days after receiving complete records.

Changes to the transaction, missing approvals and regulator queries can require additional work.

Government fees, timelines & key outcomes

MCA filing fees depend on the form and the company's authorised share capital — ₹200 to ₹600 for most forms.

Late filing of AOC-4 and MGT-7 / MGT-7A attracts an additional fee of ₹100 per day with no upper cap; other forms attract a multiple of the normal fee depending on the delay.

  • Key due dates: AOC-4 within 30 days of the AGM
  • MGT-7 / MGT-7A within 60 days of the AGM
  • DIR-3 KYC once every three years by 30 June (from 31 March 2026)

Key outcomes: updated company records and compliant, on-time filings.

What we need from you

Complete company records and prompt confirmation of the factual information in each form.

Management should identify the decision-maker for each event.

Important conditions

A filing cannot safely be prepared from the previous year's data where the company's ownership, board, capital or transactions have changed.

The service should not be treated as complete until the required filings and record updates have been confirmed.

Additional information

MCA filing forms and technical requirements change from time to time; forms are prepared against the current MCA V3 portal requirements at the time of filing.

From 31 March 2026, director KYC moved from an annual filing to a single filing once every three financial years (Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Directors) Amendment Rules, 2025).

The estimated cost covers indicative professional fees only. Government fees, stamp duty and taxes are payable at actuals.

How it works

  1. 1. Raise a service enquiry describing your requirement.
  2. 2. A Relationship Manager reviews it and opens it for bidding.
  3. 3. Pay into escrow and assign the professional you select.
  4. 4. Track progress to completion, then accept and release payment.
