Employment & Labour Laws Services
Employment and labour law under India's new Labour Codes — disputes, wrongful termination, contract labour and POSH compliance by verified advocates.
Employment & Labour Laws covers the rights and obligations of employers and workers — from hiring and contract labour to termination, disputes and workplace harassment. Since 21 November 2025, four Labour Codes — the Code on Wages, the Industrial Relations Code, the Code on Social Security and the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions (OSH) Code — have replaced 29 central labour laws, with the final central rules notified in May 2026.
WCP's verified advocates help employers comply with the new framework and help employees enforce their rights, through notices, conciliation, labour authorities and courts.
What is covered:
- Employment issues and disputes
- Wrongful termination and retrenchment
- Contract labour registration, licensing and compliance
- Prevention of sexual harassment at the workplace (POSH)
States are notifying their own rules under the Codes, so the State where the establishment operates is checked at the start of every matter.
