How do I earn cashback?
You earn cashback on a paid Service Enquiry of at least ₹500: 50% of the enquiry total on your first enquiry, and 20% on every enquiry after that, up to a maximum of ₹10,000 per enquiry. The cashback is credited to your WCP Cashback Wallet.
When do I not earn cashback?
You earn no cashback on an enquiry if you used your Cashback Wallet to pay for it, or if the enquiry total is below ₹500. Paying with your Service Wallet, through the payment gateway, or a mix of the two still earns cashback.
How much cashback can I use on a payment?
After your Service Wallet balance has been used, cashback can cover the lower of 50% of your Cashback Wallet balance or 20% of the enquiry total, but never more than the amount still payable. For example, on an amount payable of ₹900 with ₹800 in your Service Wallet and ₹500 in your Cashback Wallet, you pay ₹800 from the Service Wallet and the remaining ₹100 from cashback.
Can I withdraw my cashback?
No. Cashback can only be used towards professional services booked through the platform.
What happens to my cashback if I get a refund?
Cashback earned on an enquiry is reversed if that enquiry is refunded. Cashback you spent on an enquiry that is refunded can be returned to your Cashback Wallet.
