Service Response

For professionals: registering for services, submitting bids and delivering the work.

Service Response questions

  • How do I register to receive Service Enquiries?

Open the Professional Services section of your profile, or the Services page, and register for each service you provide. For each one, give your estimated fee (it cannot be zero), estimated time and a short description. You need an approved membership, a verified mobile number and your Firm Details first.

  • Which enquiries will I see?

Only enquiries in which you are registered for every service. Register for all the services you provide so you are eligible for more enquiries.

  • Is my estimated service fee shown to recipients?

No. Other users see the list of services you are registered for and a Raise an Enquiry button, but not your estimated fee. Your fee is used when a recipient sends you a Direct Enquiry from your profile.

  • What do I include in a bid?

For every service in the enquiry: your professional fee and any government fee, each broken into up to five line items, the estimated time and a description or remark.

  • Can I edit or withdraw my bid?

A submitted bid cannot be edited. You can withdraw it while bidding is still open, but once withdrawn you cannot bid on that enquiry again. You cannot withdraw after the enquiry has been assigned.

  • Are there platform fees for professionals?

Yes. The platform fees that apply to your bid are shown to you before you submit it and again when you respond to a counter offer. They are charged only if you are assigned the work. See the Professional Service Fee & Refund Policy for details.

  • When do I see the recipient's details?

Only after the recipient has paid and assigned the enquiry to you. Until then, your contact point is the Relationship Manager shown on the enquiry.

  • What happens after I am assigned?

You are notified, the recipient's details become visible to you, and you can chat and schedule meetings with them. You post progress updates in the Progress Tracker, share files in the enquiry's folders and mark the work closed when it is done.

  • When and how do I get paid?

The recipient's payment is held by the platform while you work. After you close the work and the recipient accepts it, your payment is credited to your WCP Service Wallet, either by the Relationship Manager team or automatically 48 hours later. From there you can withdraw it to your bank account.

Customer Support handles accounts, enquiries and payments. Technical Support handles faults in the platform itself.
