Progress Tracker, Files & Folders questions
What files can I upload, and is there a size limit?
PDF, image, Word, Excel and PowerPoint files are accepted in an enquiry's folders; videos are not. Each enquiry has 100 MB of storage shared across all of its folders. If a file is within those limits and still will not upload, report it through Technical Support.
What is the Progress Tracker?
The Progress Tracker is the timeline of your enquiry, from the moment you raise it through bidding, payment, the work itself and completion. Your Relationship Manager and the assigned professional post updates and attachments there, and you are notified of each update.
Can I post updates in the Progress Tracker?
Recipients can view the Progress Tracker. Updates are posted by the Relationship Manager and the assigned professional. To share something yourself, use chat or upload it to the enquiry's folders.
When are the enquiry's folders created?
A Main Folder is created as soon as you pay and assign the enquiry. You, your Relationship Manager and the assigned professional can open it from the enquiry or from the Files / Folders section of your profile.
Can I create my own folders?
Yes. Anyone on the enquiry can create folders to organise documents, up to 10 folders per enquiry, with up to 10 files in each folder you create. Everyone on the enquiry can see these folders.
Can I delete files or folders?
You can delete files you uploaded yourself. Folders cannot be deleted.
Can I still open the files after the work is complete?
Yes. The folders stay available after the enquiry is closed and completed. The professional can no longer upload once they have closed the work, and you can no longer upload once you have given your feedback and rating.
Still need help?
