WCP Service Wallet questions

  • What is the WCP Service Wallet?

Your WCP Service Wallet holds money that is yours to use or withdraw: referral bonuses, payments released to you for services you provided, refunds and any adjustments made by the WCP team. You can use it to pay for enquiries or withdraw it to your bank account.

  • How is the WCP Service Wallet different from the Cashback Wallet?

The Service Wallet can be withdrawn to your bank account and used in full for payments. The Cashback Wallet holds cashback you earned; it cannot be withdrawn and can only be used, within a limit, to pay for service enquiries.

  • How do I withdraw money from my wallet?

Open the WCP Wallet section of your profile, add your bank details if you have not already, and request a withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal is ₹200, and you cannot withdraw more than your Service Wallet balance.

  • What bank details do I need?

The account holder's name, account number, IFSC code and UPI ID or number. A verified mobile number is also required on your profile. The details are recorded with each withdrawal request as they were when you made it.

  • What happens after I request a withdrawal?

The amount is set aside from your Service Wallet straight away and the request is reviewed by our team. You are notified when it is approved, with a payment reference, or rejected, with the reason. If it is rejected, the amount goes back to your Service Wallet.

  • Where can I see my transactions?

Every credit and debit, with its status (such as Success, Pending, Failed, Cancelled, Partially Refunded or Fully Refunded), is listed in the transaction history of your WCP Wallet.
