Manage Job Postings
For recruiters: posting a listing, monthly limits, plans and managing applicants.
Manage Job Postings questions
Who can post a job or work assignment?
Any signed-in user. You can post 2 listings (jobs and work assignments combined) free of charge in each calendar month, and the allowance resets on the 1st of the month.
What if I need to post more than 2 listings a month?
When you try to post a third listing in a month, the subscription plans are shown so you can choose one. Plans include more listings each month and extra recruiting features.
What features do the subscription plans include?
Besides more listings, plans include applicant questionnaires, an applicant interview section, advanced applicant sorting and filtering, the option to apply for firm verification, and priority support.
What do I need to post a listing?
Firm name and logo, qualifications (up to 5), work mode and up to 5 cities for on-site roles, designation or role, experience, CTC or assignment fee, skills, employment type or tenure, number of openings, whether a laptop is required, due date, contact details and the description. You can choose Easy Apply or give your own application link, and you can hide your contact details from applicants.
How do I manage applicants?
From your listings you can view each applicant's details and resume, mark them Shortlisted, Interview, Offered or Not selected and download the applicant list to Excel. With a subscription plan you can also schedule interviews and sort and filter applicants in more detail. Applicants are notified of your decisions.
Can I edit, duplicate or close a listing?
You can edit a listing until someone applies. You can duplicate any listing to publish it again, and close it whenever you are done. You can still view and download the applicants of a closed listing.
What does the verified firm badge mean?
It means the White Collar Professional team has checked that the firm is genuine. Subscribers can apply for verification, and the badge appears only after our team approves the firm.
